AGES AND STAGES QUESTIONNAIRES (ASQ):

~ The ASQ-3 Empowers Families As Their Child's First Teacher! ~

The ASQ-3 is a set of child development questionnaires.  It's a wonderful screening tool that allows families to learn more about their child's progress along five developmental domains: communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving and personal-social. It has been used for more than 20 years to help measure a child's strengths as well as any areas where a child may need support or additional practice.  This is a free tool for families for children ages 1 month through 5 1/2 years old.

The ASQ-3 is designed to be completed in approximately 10-15 minutes at home by the child's parent/caregiver.  You can also complete the questionnaire online or request to complete it with the Early Childhood Coordinator.  Please contact us today.
